To start off I have to say that getting chiropractic care during pregnancy is a MUST. After 2 pregnancies, during my 3rd I was exhausted from dealing with back pain since I was carrying and caring for 2 toddlers at home. As a pregnant woman the first thing you do is look for someone willing to work with a pregnant woman. Little did I know I would find such a sweet, passionate, talented, knowledgeable and gifted Doctor. Words cannot express how thankful I am for making my pregnancy so comfortable until the end. Not to mention that delivery was so easy and beautiful. I literally had my son in my arms in less than 2 minutes. Also, not only did she treat me, but also my 2 toddlers and ever since she started treating them, they have not had the need to go back to the doctor every time they got sick. They have been able to fight viruses on their own without the need of antibiotics or any other medications.

Dr. Adam Podraza

Dr. Adam Podraza was born and raised in Croton Falls, NY. Before becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Podraza previously worked as a structural steelworker for the Local 40 Ironworkers based out of New York City. As God’s plan would have it, on March 13th, 2007, Dr. Podraza was invited to go on a chiropractic mission trip that would change the course of his life forever. The purpose he had been looking for his entire life was realized that weekend and he has been living it ever since.

In his spare time, Dr. Podraza enjoys playing sports, spending time with his wife, and playing with his four wonderful children.

Dr. Mayredlis Cruz (Hablo Español)

Dr. Mayredlis Cruz was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where she was the third of four kids. Dr. Cruz graduated with honors from Life University in Marietta, GA, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of Puerto Rico and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While in chiropractic school, Dr.Cruz focused her elective classes on pediatric and prenatal care. Dr. Cruz has received advanced training in management of infants, children, and prenatal through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). In 2017, Dr. Cruz was granted certification in Webster technique, in 2019 Cranial Sacral Therapy for infants and prenatal care, and in 2021 was granted Certification in Pregnancy and Pediatrics from the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (C.A.C.C.P). Dr. Cruz is currently working on a Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (D.A.C.B.N.) after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and not getting many of her own questions answered through Western medicine.

Dr. Cruz is the first Chiropractor of her family hoping that one day her kids follow her path. She is a mother of four beautiful, smart children who have been raised in a chiropractic lifestyle.

Dr. Cruz is passionate about serving moms, kids, and families from St. Johns County. As a chiropractor, her purpose is to see newborns getting checked for spinal subluxations and families thriving with a holistic lifestyle. In her own words “I didn’t choose Chiropractic, Chiropractic chose me” She is very passionate about her profession and her family.
