Our Family Care Plan is designed to make chiropractic care both accessible and affordable for families committed to prioritizing their health. Each plan includes weekly or twice-monthly chiropractic adjustments, along with mechanical traction to support spinal health and overall well-being.
To ensure the best experience and value, the plan requires a three-month commitment and enrollment in autopay. It follows a 30-day cancellation policy and does not allow roll-over visits. Please note that this plan is intended for wellness care and does not cover corrective chiropractic care. Due to the significant savings included, superbills are not available for reimbursement.
